1. Modification of Terms
Rajasthan Places reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the services are offered through the website, including but not limited to the charges for the services provided.
The user is responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions.
The courts of Delhi shall have the sole and exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any matters arising from the use of the services offered by Rajasthan Places or the agreement between Rajasthan Places and the customer.
2. Privacy Policy
This privacy policy sets out how Rajasthan Places uses and protects any information that you provide while using this website.
Rajasthan Places is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. We will only use any information we collect from you in accordance with this privacy statement.
Rajasthan Places may update this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page periodically to ensure that you are satisfied with any changes.

Rajasthan Places does not have control over these websites and is not responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide while visiting such sites.
4. Payment Mode
All rental payments must be made through cash or bank transfer.
• 50% advance payment is required as a booking amount for outstation trips.
• The advance payment is non-refundable.
• The driver will collect the remaining balance at the time of pickup from the hotel, airport, railway station, or home.
Please ensure that you take care of your belongings before leaving the vehicle. Rajasthan Places is not responsible for any loss.
Any delay due to unavoidable circumstances such as bandhs, traffic jams, breakdowns, accidents, or severe weather conditions will not be the responsibility of Rajasthan Places.
If payment through credit card, debit card, or net banking fails or is declined, customers must contact Rajasthan Places at least 72 hours before departure for alternate payment instructions. Otherwise, the booking may be canceled.
Sometimes online payments may take 24 to 36 hours to reflect in our account. We cannot confirm or provide services until the payment is received.
5. Complete Tour Package Including Hotels + Car Terms
- All rental payments must be made in bank transfer, net banking, credit card, or debit card.
- 50% Payment in Advance as a Booking Amount (not refundable)
- The driver will take the balance as full payment at pickup time at the hotel/airport/railway station/home.
- Please take care of the belongings before leaving the cab. Hotels and Rajasthan Places is not responsible for any loss
- Any delay due to unavoidable circumstances like bandh, traffic jams, breakdowns, accidents, severe weather conditions, etc. Rajasthan Places is not held responsible
- Please read carefully and understand the contents of the tour brochure/itinerary, the ‘Terms and Conditions’ the price grid, and such other documents as may be applicable, as all these will form part of your contract with us once you effect the booking.
- Tour once commenced will strictly go as per the itinerary finalized. In case of events and circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change all or parts of the contents of the itinerary for the safety and well-being of our esteemed passengers.
- Carry your valid ID proofs, passport, etc., while traveling or at hotel check-in time. Rajasthan Places is not responsible for any client ID proof-related issues.
- Hotel check-in time is 1 pm, and checkout time is 11 am. After and Before This Time Frame Additional Charges Will Be Applicable
- 5% GST Extra on Bill
Transaction Confirmation
Customers should not take action based on website information until they receive confirmation of the transaction.
If confirmation is sent by email but not received, please check the spam or junk folder. If it is still not found, contact our support team.
Health
It is assumed that tourists booking the tour have read the itinerary and are medically fit to undertake the journey.
Travelers suffering from serious medical conditions or those recently hospitalized should avoid joining the tour.
In some cases, the tour manager may not be able to provide medical assistance during the journey.
Itinerary Changes
Depending on demand, more than one vehicle may operate for the same tour date.
Sometimes the direction or schedule of the itinerary may be slightly modified. Customers will be informed before the start of the tour or during the journey.
If a passenger misses part of the sightseeing due to their own delay, they will not be entitled to any refund.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
All the cancellation requests should be done through Rajasthan Places by calling our helpline number or sending an email to the company’s email ID. Please don’t deal with the driver for cancellation directly.
The customer can’t leave the vehicle between destinations without any confirmation. Please inform us by mail at info@rajasthanplaces.com
In case the booking is canceled, 100% of the advance deposit will be deducted as a penalty.
If the client cancels the booking before 5 days of travel, then we will charge 50% of the total booking amount.
No refund or any changes will be accepted at the last minute for the tour starting or after starting or in the middle of the tour.
Carry your valid ID proofs, passport, etc., while traveling or at hotel check-in time. Rajasthan Places is not responsible for any client ID proof-related issues.
Above are the cancellation rules but we will put our best possible effort into waiving/minimizing the cancellation charges
7. Breakdown
All the cancellation requests should be done through Rajasthan Places by calling our helpline number or sending an email to the company’s email ID. Please don’t deal with the driver for cancellation directly.
If the vehicle breaks down anywhere, in that case, Rajasthan Places is not responsible.
We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred (directly or indirectly) due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, breakdowns of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, closures/blockades due to political unrest, or any such incidents.
8. General Travel Information
- Always disclose the type of travel, such as family Trips, friends trips, student groups, etc.
- Luggage is always limited in the rental vehicles, so kindly check this with us in writing and on the phone.
- Always check with hotels; they should have easy access by road and should have vehicle parking.
- Luggage Capacity: We assume 50% of passengers like if you have 12 people, then luggage should be 7-9.
- Pets are not allowed in the vehicle (strictly).
