Day by Day Taj Mahal Itinerary
Day 1: Delhi to Agra
Morning (7:00 AM to 11:00 AM): Your assigned driver will pick you up from Delhi and drive to Agra via the Yamuna Expressway. The journey takes 3.5 to 4 hours.
Late Morning (11:30 AM to 1:00 PM): Check into the Agra hotel. The guide meets you at the lobby.
Noon (1:00 PM to 2:00 PM): Lunch near Agra Fort. Cost not included.
Afternoon (2:00 PM to 4:00 PM): Agra Fort visit with guide. It covers Diwan-i-Am, Diwan-i-Khas, and Musamman Burj.
Late Afternoon (4:00 PM to 5:00 PM): Baby Taj, Itmad-ud-Daulah. The visit takes 45 minutes and is quieter than the Taj Mahal.
Evening (5:00 PM to 6:30 PM): Mehtab Bagh, rear view of the Taj Mahal across the Yamuna River at sunset.
Night: Return to hotel. Dinner at your own expense.
Day 2: Sunrise Taj Mahal, Fatehpur Sikri, return to Delhi
